About Our Schools
The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) serves more than 2,200 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in 15 elementary and secondary schools located throughout Saskatchewan. Funded by Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Education, it is the province’s only francophone school division. At the CÉF, school life takes place entirely in French, with the exception of English language classes.

How to find Employment in Saskatchewan's Francophone Education Community
The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) is seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting the education of Fransaskois youth. In addition to teaching staff, we are also looking for non-teaching staff to support our educational mission.

Recruitment Process
When a position becomes available, it is first posted internally for a period of five working days. If the position is not filled, it is then advertised externally through newspapers, the CÉF website, universities, and other recruitment channels.

Please include the position title and reference number in your application. Applications are retained for one year. After that period, interested candidates must submit a new application.

Salary Grids
Across Saskatchewan school divisions, teacher salary grids are negotiated between the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation (STF) and the Government of Saskatchewan, in consultation with the Saskatchewan School Boards Association (SSBA).
This agreement addresses matters such as salaries, recognition of years of experience, pensions, group insurance, sick leave, employee benefits, and long-term disability coverage.
The Local Implementation and Negotiation Committee (LINC) agreement, which addresses working conditions not covered by the provincial agreement, is negotiated between the CÉF and the Association locale des enseignantes et enseignants fransaskois (ALEF).

Non-Teaching Staff
Benefits for support staff are administered by the Saskatchewan School Boards Association (SSBA). The SSBA provides a benefits plan for support staff as well as elected school board members.
